GELEX AND VIGLACERA CONTINUE TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR INFORMATION DISCLOSURE COMPLIANCE IN 2025
This recognition was officially announced in the 2025 Comprehensive Survey Report on Information Disclosure in the Vietnamese Stock Market, released on July 1, 2025, as part of the IR Awards 2025 program.
The selection was based on a thorough survey assessing the information disclosure activities of all publicly listed companies in Vietnam’s stock market. This year, the survey reviewed 691 enterprises and recorded 460 companies that met the 2025 Information Disclosure Standards.
Among them, Viglacera and GELEX successfully fulfilled their disclosure obligations. Their reports and corporate announcements were published on time, consistently, and with high quality—allowing investors to access timely, comprehensive, and accurate information through multiple channels such as the company websites, specialized platforms of HOSE, HNX, and the State Securities Commission.
Furthermore, both Viglacera and GELEX Group have issued internal regulations and processes for information disclosure and actively keep up to date with relevant legal provisions and regulatory changes.
