VIGLACERA SUCCESSFULLY PRODUCES FULL-BODY VEINED SINTERED STONE
Another exciting achievement has arrived for Viglacera following a series of events commemorating its 50th anniversary. Viglacera has officially succeeded in producing a new full-body veined sintered stone under the Vasta Stone brand at the Vasta Stone factory.
The sintered stone, sized 1,600 x 3,200 mm, is manufactured using SACMI's advanced Continua+ technology from Italy. Just one year after the launch of the factory, Viglacera has elevated this product to a new level by mastering the complex production of full-body veining. Mr. Nguyen Duy Truc, Deputy Director of Viglacera Tien Son JSC and Director of the Vasta Stone factory, shared: “With this product, Vasta Stone has made significant strides in manufacturing capabilities and technological mastery. We've made essential investments in R&D to better meet the demands of the high-end market.”
This new full-body veined sintered stone not only features large dimensions and ultra-realistic natural stone aesthetics but also achieves a seamless stone vein effect throughout the entire thickness of the slab. This makes it an ideal material for architectural projects that demand high visual impact, as well as for luxury interior design applications requiring meticulous attention to detail. The product is also exceptionally well-suited for surfaces exposed to high abrasion, harsh environments, and direct physical impact.
This achievement reflects the result of strategic investment and dedicated development efforts, backed by strong leadership and the determined commitment of the Vasta Stone factory team. The application of SACMI’s Digital Decoration Glazing (DDG) technology, which allows for the deep, natural stone-like veining effect, marks a significant technological milestone. Mr. Nguyen Duy Truc added: “With high-tech equipment such as European-grade automatic color and pattern feeders, continuous compaction systems, and SACMI's premium digital printing machines—combined with years of technical expertise—Vasta Stone has brought this remarkable product to life.”
