Hanoi, Vietnam – March 19, 2025 – Viglacera Pavilion 2025 is the intersection of heritage and the future, a place where history becomes a launching pad for breakthroughs. Within an area of 108m², Viglacera's entire ecosystem of modern building materials is encapsulated in the vivid imagery of a glowing red kiln – a symbol of more than 50 years of perseverance, creativity, and development. Like a continuous journey, today's pioneering materials rest upon a solid historical foundation, affirming the mission to create sustainable living spaces and a greener future.
Robust aerated concrete, ultra-clear shower screens, Vasta Stone sintered stone – powerful yet elegant, vibrant patterned tiles, antibacterial and water-efficient sanitary fixtures, environmentally friendly and health-safe faucets... all blend harmoniously to form an emotional symphony of materials. Viglacera's "Green Symphony" is more than just a concept; it's a tangible experience, where each product embodies a story of innovation and sustainable growth.
TECHNOLOGICAL IMPRINT IN SYNCHRONIZED BATHROOM SPACES
For over 50 years, Viglacera has continuously innovated, pioneering research and technological advancements in building materials to provide modern and sustainable solutions. At Viglacera Pavilion 2025, technological excellence is clearly showcased in every product – from smart sanitaryware, water-saving technology, advanced surface protection coatings, to Nano Zinc antibacterial solutions that elevate living space quality.
The PVD coating technology not only brings refined elegance but also offers exceptional durability.
The advanced flush system using just 4.5L per flush saves up to 25% of water consumption, while PVD-coated faucets deliver luxurious aesthetics and superior durability, minimizing environmental impact. Nano Zinc technology applied to sanitary fixtures kills over 99% of bacteria, ensuring a safe environment and enhanced health. Viglacera continues to localize smart sanitary fixtures, optimizing costs while maintaining modern comfort.
Building upon this innovative technology, Viglacera’s synchronized bathroom module system presented at Vietbuild 2025 is a significant breakthrough. Bathrooms are no longer purely functional spaces; they become showcases of harmony between materials, design, and technology.
Viglacera’s bathroom ecosystem redefines living experiences, offering complete solutions for various projects:
For commercial housing, the water-efficient toilet system of 4.5L per flush, meeting American ASME standards, optimizes costs and conserves precious water resources. In luxury apartments, every detail enhances the experience, from smart toilets and durable PVD-coated faucets to sintered stone washbasins "made by Viglacera" and ultra-clear shower screens, creating luxurious yet nature-connected spaces. For public facilities, convenience and hygiene take precedence, with wall-mounted toilets, urinals, and sensor faucets, offering modern amenities to millions.
"Ready-built modules" speed up construction, optimize operational costs, and minimize waste, contributing significantly to sustainable building practices.
WHERE MATERIALS NARRATE SPACE STORIES
Beyond synchronized bathroom solutions, Viglacera introduces its latest 2025 building materials ecosystem, blending advanced technology with contemporary aesthetics. Deeply-veined sintered stone, energy-efficient glass ensuring brightness while maintaining thermal balance, and ultra-clear glass enhancing interiors with pure elegance. Alongside these, diverse tile collections offer artistic impressions rather than merely building materials.
The unique artistic exhibition space at Viglacera Pavilion 2025
The unique artistic exhibition space at Viglacera Pavilion 2025 showcases a sophisticated blend of tradition and modernity. Viglacera Ha Long’s heat-resistant U-shaped tiles, traditionally associated with durable constructions, creatively combine with ultra-clear glass, forming retro-style interior solutions. These innovative applications are not just concepts but real experiences, ready to inspire future constructions.
EMBRACING OVER 50 YEARS OF TRADITION AND DEVELOPMENT
The Viglacera Pavilion is divided into two distinct yet harmoniously integrated sections.
The Core – Symbol of History: At the center of the Pavilion stands an elliptical structure reminiscent of old brick kilns glowing red-hot. This special exhibition space, built from 1,000 autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in a vibrant red – the color of history, traditional bricks, and enduring flames – symbolizes Viglacera’s resilience and enduring vitality. This vivid red color evokes more than 50 years of history, initiating with fired bricks and now embracing aerated concrete blocks representing a powerful shift toward a sustainable green future. This is not just continuity but also an affirmation of Viglacera’s mission to create lasting value for future generations.
The Outer Wall – Leading Green Material Technology: Surrounding the elliptical core, nearly 500 ALC panels are carefully arranged, creating a structure that seems to float effortlessly. This innovative architectural solution reflects Viglacera’s philosophy of green materials, highlighting the intrinsic beauty and versatile applications of autoclaved aerated concrete technology in contemporary architecture.
Both Viglacera’s autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and ALC panels are members of the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) and hold ISO certifications for fire resistance, soundproofing, and insulation.
