GROUNDBREAKING OF TIEN DUONG PARK CITY: "A VITAL LINK IN THE 100-YEAR VISION FOR HANOI’S MASTER PLAN"
HANOI, December 19, 2025 — At Le Phap Village, Phuc Thinh Commune (formerly Dong Anh District), the Hanoi People’s Committee, in collaboration with the Vihoce Tien Dương Joint Stock Company, officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tien Duong 1 Social Housing Project, branded as Tien Duong Park City. This project stands as a cornerstone of social welfare, expected to provide realistic housing opportunities for thousands of capital residents.
The ceremony coincided with a nationwide movement to commence, inaugurate, and open 234 major projects celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, marking a new leap in Hanoi's infrastructure and social housing development.
