The year 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of Vietnam’s reunification (1975–2025)—a historic milestone that celebrates remarkable achievements across many fields. Among them, Vietnamese architecture has made significant progress, shaping the face of both urban and rural areas, harmonizing national identity with global design trends.
To honor this meaningful occasion, the Vietnam Architecture Conference was held as a retrospective of the past five decades of development in the field. It was also an opportunity to pay tribute to generations of Vietnamese architects—those who have tirelessly created, preserved cultural essence, and continuously innovated to meet the evolving demands of the times.
